Yes, our training takes place live online in a virtual classroom. You learn in real time with instructors, ask your questions directly and have learning support and technical help at your side – conveniently from home.

Ideally your own laptop or PC with a stable internet connection. That way you learn in your familiar environment, on a device you already know. We discuss anything else you need with you in advance, and we help with the setup. If you do not have a suitable device, we lend you one free of charge, already set up.

You can start at regular intervals. Most courses start every Monday, many others every 14 days, some on a rolling basis, a few less often. We will tell you your next start date in the advisory meeting. Choose an appointment right away.

Yes, many courses are available full-time and part-time. We decide together which format suits your daily life.

You receive a certificate for your course. Many courses also end with a recognised exam, for example from Microsoft, AWS or the IHK. What exactly is included is stated on each course page. And if you wish, we also support you with the next steps towards a job.

Yes, that is what our training is made for: all of it is approved under AZAV and therefore eligible for funding – through the Education voucher, if you are job-seeking, or through the Funding for employees, if you are in work. We check with you free of charge which route fits, and prepare everything. The decision is made by the Employment Agency or the job centre.

With an education voucher, the Employment Agency or the job centre covers the course fees. If you are employed, the Employment Agency can cover up to 100% of the course fees depending on company size; your employer bears any remainder. Advice from us costs you nothing.

You apply for it in a meeting at the Employment Agency or, if you receive benefits from the job centre, at your job centre. If you are employed, your employer receives the course description, quotation and all application documents ready-made from us.

Under § 82 SGB III, the Employment Agency covers up to 100% of the course fees depending on company size and pays up to 75% subsidy towards wages. Prerequisites include more than 120 teaching units and a course approved under AZAV.
