Frequently asked questions
Questions about the education voucher
Every situation is different. In the consultation we clarify your questions personally.
How long does it take to get an education voucher?
That depends on when you get an appointment at your Employment Agency or Jobcenter. If you arrive well prepared, things often move faster – and we’ll help you prepare.
Can my application be turned down?
Yes – the decision lies with the Employment Agency or Jobcenter. A well-reasoned course proposal can improve your chances. If your application is turned down, we’ll discuss the next steps together.
Will I keep receiving money during the training?
If you receive unemployment benefit, it continues during the training. If you receive benefits from the Jobcenter, your caseworker there will clarify the details.
