Accessibility

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website. That is why we pay attention to the basics of accessibility according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA) when building and changing it.

What we take into account

  • Clear page structure with headings and a link to jump straight to the content
  • Keyboard operation with a visible marker for the active element
  • Easily readable type and sufficient colour contrast
  • Alternative texts for images and labelled form fields
  • Display on smartphone, tablet and computer; the page can be zoomed in

Known limitations

The appointment scheduler is provided by an external provider (HubSpot). We have only limited influence on how it is built, so it may not be fully accessible in all parts. If you cannot use it, just write to us and we will arrange your appointment another way, for example by email or WhatsApp.

We do not have our website reviewed regularly by an external body. Individual content or documents may therefore still contain barriers.

Found a barrier? Let us know

If you come across something on our website that you cannot use or read, or if you need information in another form, write to us at info@arbeitsakademie.de or use our Contact form. We usually reply within a few working days and look for a solution together with you.
