Funding under Section 82 SGB III

This is how much the Employment Agency covers

The amount depends on the size of your company. Requirements:

More than 120 teaching units (45 minutes each)
Training provider and training are approved under AZAV
The vocational qualification was generally obtained at least two years ago
No funding under § 82 SGB III for the employee in the last two years
Not training that you are legally required to provide

Fewer than 50 employees	up to 100%	up to 75%
50 to 499 employees	up to 50% up to 100% from age 45 or with a severe disability	up to 50%

Higher rates are possible with a works agreement or collective agreement. Employees without a vocational qualification are subject to their own, higher rates (§ 81 SGB III).
